True freedom, peace and inner stillness is not the choice of being present in the soul instead of in the ego — but through climbing all internal mountains to align the holy trinity of the spirit, the body and the mind in a harmonized singularity pointing in the same direction, giving the same answers when asked upon. By doing so; erasing the foundation and fuel of duality itself to truly revive the divine essence of who we really are meant to be.

Light and darkness — the continuous cycles of life and all its components

You are drawn to your limits for a reason and fear is an inevitable component of every normal life whether we can perceive it or not. In your weakest spots, where you have the most fear, you will find the brightest light. When standing there, at the threshold of your darkest existence, becoming able to turn fear into total surrender and acceptance, we will find peace.

When you find peace in your uttermost darkness, the light will reveal itself, because you have learned the lesson. You have taken the beating and you still breathe. This is the true path of enlightenment. To embrace the path as your highest teacher, the holy ghost of your eternal soul.

Most of us at some point in life hit the rock bottom and enter total dissolution in smaller or bigger events of life. In order to really deeply know, feel and understand why things happen as they do, we need to look behind the curtains. Why does life unfold into states of existence that sometimes are as tough as they get and sometimes so beautiful that words do not fully grasp the experienced grace, bliss or ecstatic moments and periods in our path?

A fundamental understanding is to see the grand trick of the universe, the eternal counter intuitive divine connection between all ends and all starts, between light and darkness. To fully grasp and accept that the darkness, the fear and your sins is a holy blessing in disguise. The illusion of self. The gateway to the heavens. To eternity. To the past, the now and the future.

Everything falls into singularity when all fear is lost. When you dare to take the step, your hidden wings will carry you over the last cliff that hangs over the abyss at the existential termini we will inevitably encounter. At the end of a life, the end of a chapter in life or when relationships break down.

Once you dare face your worst nightmare in gratitude and total surrender to the knowing that the light and the darkness is bound in the eternal divine cycle of existence, of it all. That the light is the true mirror of darkness and that the path to eternal freedom can be reached in both extremities, depending on how the path is laid out for you and what your true purpose is all about. Because the road to the end is really the road to the start.

To understand, accept and appreciate this road is the real purpose of life. To know how to love and to learn how to love yourself even when love is not around. To become light in the descent into the final half of every cycle in life and in life itself.

The divine shift — path and keys to true change

The shift to divine perception is a doorway hinged by divine energy and locked by the inherited self protection from your ancestors, from your heritage and from the external surroundings already from before your first steps on earth. In the valley between the end and start of all cycles, you will find your keys to the grand mystery. You will need to find them in peace by leaving all fear behind when entering the darkness with your inner light illuminated. Transcending into the darkness with the light on is a treasure of life, an art, and one of the most important keys in the alchemy of the heart where true and lasting transformation can occur.

The keys unlock the profound change into inner silence, peace and equilibrium. Once the path to the keys are understood, accepted, felt and fully integrated into your body, mind and soul — the keys will reveal themselves naturally and unlock the gates to infinity by itself. The path to the keys is the real journey, not finding the keys.

Once you are standing on the edge to nothingness with pure light and pure unconditional love, with only your true pure self, then you will transcend through the portal at the end of all cycles and become one with the divine light.

This existential task will require an uncovered understanding of all aspects of yourself through acceptance, forgiveness, and total trust in the process of letting go of all to enter the spiritual descent, which in the sacred circle of life is a mirror of a soul's journey to heaven, to your higher self and the true, undisguised reality.

Peace — release of what is not serving your higher purpose

Peace is equilibrium, it is silence, it is being calm, balanced and having an open awareness. We don't have to rationally solve unsure aspects of our future life; we can wait for the unfolding of the natural path.

If you try to touch the deepest uncomfortable layers of yourself, you most certainly should feel unpleasant. To understand that once you allow for it, it will be overshadowed by the divine love from the source of all love. Ask your higher self to understand, to release the physical pain and negative attachments, to help you not to fool yourself.

To release traumas, bad emotions and negative bindings of all sorts, we will need to go back to the stored energies we would like to change, both the good and the lesser good. Because they are intertwined. In all releases, the afterwork of sorting out what is the right emotions, thoughts and even intuition — is the real integration.

The introversion is a natural aspect of the grandness of the inherent downloads we all are capable of getting, and the nature of the integration itself, both when using "shortcuts" or when daring to walk the path yourself without any external stimuli. One of my favorite sayings is:

"There are no shortcuts to places worth going to."

To compare, my journey since last November, especially after Christmas, had no shortcuts. It had thorns all the way and was paved with "hell". I started asking myself if this was me. Was I supposed to live in pain, agony and total suffering? Do I have a depressed personality disorder?

Now I know better. Now I see. Now I understand. The lesson was hard, and I know I learned, and maybe even deserved — if we can ever deserve our true selves, which we should ideally have carried with us all the way. We just need to really learn. The questions are still there, but the doubts are quiet.

Stillness is balance, and balance feels like peace, and peace feels like true happiness, and happiness turns into awe and total gratitude for everything, even the worst moments of life. Because that's where the real gold lies hidden. The tears of joy will eventually unlock all the love you deserve, because we deserve all love in its purest form once we've laid the foundation — and we need it so desperately. We just have to walk the right path.

True acceptance, real appreciation and the divine purpose; ascension and love

True appreciation is a fundamental key for a good life, but only when it is real, from the heart, from the soul, when the ego does not have to rationalize the thankfulness. You don't have to force it, because it will envelope naturally when it should, when you are ready.

The threshold is to acknowledge and accept your self worth so the fear of not being enough, not being adequate or trying to leverage shortages by instead being too much - will be evident as just a fear, an illusion, and not as a trait. That your self worth is mirrored through how you accept and appreciate others and what your life at any moment contains.

Aligning the ego and the soul on the same line will, in the afterglow of your given work, carry the grateful part of the spiritual development with a different and more natural weight, where the thanks you give to yourself becomes a sacred act that materializes and incarnates your higher self. Your soul will receive the thanks on behalf of divine powers. By doing so, you lift the spiritual growth, yourself and those you help on your path into a lasting state of sublime suspension carried by sacred powers that seek to bless us as we fully open up to the vastness of eternity.
