In short

• We only store what you type into the booking form or the contact form yourself.
• We use no analytics tools, and we do not track you across websites.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
• Please do not write more about your health than you need to in a first message.

What we collect

When you book a session

The booking form stores your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number if you give one, which service you chose, the date and time, the message you write, and the time your request arrived.

We also store the IP address the request was sent from. It is used to limit how many requests can come from the same place within a day, so that the form cannot be abused by automated bots.

When you use the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, e-mail address, telephone number if you wish to give one, what your enquiry is about, a short message, and how you would prefer to be contacted.

What happens automatically

Our server sets one technical cookie while you are visiting. It is described further down. Beyond that we record nothing about your visit — we have no visitor statistics and no tracking tools.

About what you write in the message field

The message field is free text, and you decide what goes in it. People who contact a healer naturally tend to say something about why. Please be aware that information about health counts as a special category of personal data, which is protected more strictly than ordinary information.

We therefore ask you not to write more than you need to in a first message. A short description of what you would like help with is enough. The rest we can take in conversation, once we actually speak.

If you do choose to write something about your health, we handle it because you have chosen to share it with us yourself (GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). You can ask us to delete it again at any time.

Why we store it, and what allows us to

• To carry out the session you asked for. Without a name and contact details we cannot confirm or arrange anything. The basis is performance of a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
• To answer your enquiry. If you write to us, we use your details to get back to you. The basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who makes contact (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To prevent abuse of the form. The IP address is used to stop automated mass submissions. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service working for real people (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Health information you choose to write. The basis is your explicit consent, given by writing it in yourself (Article 9(2)(a)).

We never use your information for marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer. For a booking that means as long as we need it to carry out and follow up the session. For an enquiry it means as long as our conversation with you is ongoing.

Once the need has passed, the information is deleted. Some information we may still be required to keep for a period under other legislation, for example accounting rules.

You do not have to wait for any deadline to pass: ask us to delete it, and we will.

Cookies

This website uses one cookie, PHPSESSID. It is set by our own server and contains only a random number — no information about you. It is technical, used to keep requests from the same browser together while you are on the site.

It does not follow you to other websites, builds no profile, and disappears when you close your browser.

We use no cookies for analytics, statistics or marketing.

Who else can see your information

Your information is not shared with anyone beyond those needed to run the website:

• Hostinger — provides web hosting, the database and e-mail delivery. The information from the forms is stored on their servers.
• Seventh Seal — provides the technical publishing tool and operations. The tool is used to view and handle booking requests, and therefore has access to the information in them.

Both process the information on our behalf and on our instructions.

Fonts from Google

The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When you open a page, Google therefore receives your IP address and information about the browser you are using. We send no other information there, and we use none of Google’s analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the information we hold about you
• have corrected information that is wrong or incomplete
• have deleted information we no longer have reason to keep
• ask for restriction, so that information is stored but not used further
• object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest
• receive your information in a common file format, or have it transferred to someone else (data portability)
• withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting what has already been done
